Mateusz Żuławski is a manufacturing professional with experience spanning automotive Tier 1 production, CNC machining, CNC setting, CAD/CAM programming, aluminium machining and aerospace manufacturing.

His career developed directly from production environments, providing a practical understanding of machining, quality, process discipline and the realities of shop-floor manufacturing.

Alongside hands-on manufacturing experience, he has developed knowledge in Digital Manufacturing, Intelligent Machining, Digital Thread, Lean Manufacturing and artificial intelligence.

His current focus is the intersection between practical manufacturing knowledge and modern digital tools — particularly how AI can support engineers, machinists and manufacturing teams without replacing fundamental engineering knowledge.
